Understanding Your Bill
The Surgery Center
You will get a bill from us for what is known as the facility fee. This fee is for the staff, supplies, equipment, and medications we provide for your safe and successful experience here.

Your Physician
You will be billed separately for your surgeon’s services. This bill will be sent from your physician’s office. You will need to address all questions about this bill and send all payments for this portion of your care to:

Anesthesia
The anesthesia you receive during your procedure will be provided by an anesthesiologist and a CRNA/CAA. You will get a separate bill for these services. You will need to address all questions about this bill and send all payments for this portion of your care to:

Neuromonitoring
Your surgeon may request neuromonitoring for your surgical procedure. You may receive a separate bill for these services.

A successful surgery depends on a team effort…
Several healthcare professionals will be involved in your procedure, including the staff in our facility.
However, because government and insurance rules do not permit us to bill or collect money for healthcare providers we do not employ– including several of the providers who may be associated with your procedure– each one must send their own bill and collect payment from you separately.
